The group reaches the empire and enjoys the celebrations, finishing in an evening cruise as the lanterns are released. Maximus finds both of them and tries to arrest Flynn, but Rapunzel arranges a truce in honor of her birthday.
Rapunzel and Flynn get away but are then trapped in a flooding cave. Royal soldiers led by one of the Royal army’s horses comes in a search of Flynn.
